"Two" Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
Lg. can crushed pineapple *DO NOT DRAIN*
2 eggs

Frosting:

1 8oz brick cream cheese (softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter or oleo( softened)

Preparation:

Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
Pour into a 9x13 lightly greased (Pam works well) cake pan.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 min or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and frost while hot.

Frosting:

Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and butter or oleo until smooth and creamy.
Frost hot cake ... refrigerate until cold. Cut into bars.
